1. Hosting overview
CanineOps runs on managed cloud infrastructure to support reliability, secure transport, and day-to-day operations. Availability can still be affected by infrastructure incidents, network events, and third-party outages.
2. Security overview
We use organization-scoped access controls, role-based permissions, authenticated sessions, and operational logging to help teams protect account access and maintain accountability.
3. Data handling overview
CanineOps processes customer data to deliver platform features, billing, support, messaging, and security workflows. We apply reasonable safeguards, but customers should also retain records they are legally required to preserve.
4. Trusted service providers
CanineOps uses a small number of trusted providers to power hosting, billing, and messaging features. See our Trusted Service Providers page for the current list and what each provider is used for.
5. Compliance references
6. Certifications and claims
CanineOps does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO, or PCI certification unless that status is explicitly verified and published by CanineOps.
7. Reporting security issues
If you believe you found a vulnerability, email security@canineops.com with reproduction details and contact information so our team can investigate promptly.
