CanineOps Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 14, 2026 • Last Updated: May 14, 2026
Business Entity: CanineOps Inc. • Governing Law: Florida • Contact Email: legal@canineops.com
1. Agreement scope
These Terms apply to use of CanineOps websites, applications, tools, and services. If you use CanineOps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Platform role and service boundaries
CanineOps provides software only. CanineOps is not a veterinary provider, emergency provider, animal-care operator, law-enforcement platform, or guaranteed archival service.
3. Organization responsibilities
Tenant organizations are solely responsible for animal handling, care decisions, veterinary coordination, boarding/training operations, waiver collection, vaccination verification, emergency procedures, customer disputes, and legal compliance.
4. Accounts and security
Organizations must manage staff access, protect credentials, and promptly revoke access for former personnel. Activity under account credentials is the organization’s responsibility unless caused solely by CanineOps breach of its own obligations.
5. Billing, renewals, and payment processing
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled in advance. Payments are processed by third-party providers. CanineOps generally does not store raw full card numbers. Failed payments may trigger retries, restrictions, downgrade, or suspension.
6. Refunds and disputes
Refund and cancellation handling is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any written order terms. Improper chargebacks or fraud may result in suspension or termination.
7. Acceptable use and enforcement
You may not misuse the platform, bypass security controls, upload unlawful/infringing content, or interfere with operations. CanineOps may investigate and enforce restrictions including suspension/termination.
8. Public pages, SEO, and AI/automation outputs
Organizations are responsible for public claims and content accuracy. CanineOps does not guarantee ranking, traffic, lead generation, or business outcomes. AI/automation outputs are assistive and must be reviewed by the organization before use.
9. Support access and tenant context entry
Authorized CanineOps personnel may temporarily access organization context for troubleshooting, onboarding, implementation, migration, billing support, and SEO/public-page support. Access is limited, role-based, and internally audited where applicable.
10. Security, availability, and data retention limits
CanineOps applies commercially reasonable safeguards. No service can guarantee perfect security, uninterrupted uptime, or permanent data retention. Deleted data may persist temporarily in backups, and restore timelines are not guaranteed.
11. Third-party integrations
Integrations and external services may be governed by separate provider terms. CanineOps is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or processing practices outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanineOps is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or customer/animal-care incidents. Aggregate liability is generally limited to fees paid to CanineOps in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing law and updates
These Terms are governed by the law listed above, unless otherwise required by law. CanineOps may update these Terms, and continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance.
