Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How billing works
CanineOps plans are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you select. Your billing cycle, pricing, and any usage limits are shown in your account.
2. Auto-renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal. By keeping an active subscription, you authorize recurring charges for your plan and applicable usage-based fees.
3. Usage-based charges
Some features can create variable charges, including overages, SMS/email usage, carrier pass-through fees, taxes, and similar costs tied to account activity. We recommend reviewing usage regularly so there are no surprises at invoice time.
4. Cancellations and plan changes
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Upgrades may take effect right away or at the next cycle depending on plan configuration, and downgrades usually apply at renewal.
5. Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, unless a refund is required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. If we issue a courtesy credit or refund, that does not create an automatic right to future credits.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify your team. Continued nonpayment can lead to restricted features, service suspension, or account closure until billing is resolved.
7. Billing questions and disputes
If something looks wrong, contact support first so we can review invoice, usage, and provider records with you. Chargebacks that are clearly abusive or duplicate after review may result in account restrictions until the matter is resolved.
