Self-service migration supports CSV imports for organization profile, locations, staff, clients, pets, bookings, training programs, and invoices. Before import, the workspace surfaces missing required fields, duplicate-match candidates, and link issues. Unmapped columns are preserved for review instead of silently dropped. Payments, waivers/forms, and legacy notes/doc history are handled through assisted migration so legal and billing controls stay intact.

“I’ll lose my historical reporting.”

Imported bookings, invoices, and training programs remain queryable in-platform. If your historical payload includes payment ledgers or signed-waiver evidence, we route that through assisted migration review before cutover.

“My team won’t want to learn another tool.”

Role-based dashboards mean front desk, kennel staff, trainers, and managers each see only what they need. Most operators report staff onboarded in under a single shift.

“What if I get stuck partway through?”
