What about Stripe / processor fees?

You connect your own Stripe (or supported processor) account directly. You pay the standard processor rate — currently around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for Stripe — straight to them, with no CanineOps markup, surcharge, or revenue-share layered on top. We never touch your funds.

Can we switch plans later?

Yes. Move up when your team, locations, or workflow complexity justify it — without rethinking your whole system.

Is there a contract?

Your use is governed by the posted Terms of Service and related legal policies. Monthly plans avoid long-term commitment, while annual billing improves the economics if you already know you’re committed. Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and usage charges follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
