1. Purpose
This page describes general service availability expectations for CanineOps.
2. No guaranteed uptime by default
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, CanineOps does not provide a guaranteed uptime percentage, formal SLA credits, or fixed response-time commitments.
3. Planned and unplanned interruptions
Service may be affected by maintenance, deployments, infrastructure incidents, third-party outages, internet disruptions, and force majeure events.
4. Incident handling
CanineOps uses commercially reasonable efforts to diagnose and remediate incidents according to severity, operational risk, and available resources.
5. Enterprise commitments
If customer-specific uptime or support commitments are negotiated, those terms will be documented in signed commercial agreements and will govern over this public statement.
