2. Organization-owned responsibilities

• Animal handling and care decisions.
• Boarding/training operations and staffing supervision.
• Veterinary coordination and emergency procedures.
• Vaccination verification and waiver/consent collection.
• Customer communication, complaints, and dispute resolution.
• Compliance with applicable local/state/federal laws.
• Accuracy and lawful basis of uploaded records and public content.

3. Access and permissions

Organizations must maintain role-based internal access, promptly remove former staff, and protect credentials.

4. Public pages and marketing

Organizations are responsible for legal accuracy of public SEO pages, claims, testimonials, and media published through CanineOps tools.

5. Data and records stewardship

Organizations should retain independent records where legally required and should not rely on CanineOps as a guaranteed archival repository.
